What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Erie and Niagara County. For properties outside this area, we're happy to travel for an additional travel fee.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day turnaround! Shoot in the morning, have everything by evening.
What's included in the standard package?
$175 includes HDR photography with sky replacement, upgraded floor plan with measurements ($129 value), custom property website (branded & unbranded), and same-day delivery.
How to Prepare Your Home for Photos
Complete Preparation Checklist
Great photos start with preparation! Here's your checklist:
- Declutter Every Room: Remove personal items, excess furniture, clear all counters
- Clean Thoroughly: Dust, vacuum, clean windows and mirrors
- Turn On ALL Lights: Every light in every room - ceiling lights, lamps, everything!
- Open Blinds & Curtains: Let in maximum natural light
- Make All Beds: Fresh linens, pillows fluffed
- Hide Trash Cans: Put in garage or out of sight
- Clear Countertops: Kitchen and bathroom counters completely clear
- Tidy Outside: Mow lawn, trim bushes, remove hoses and toys
- Secure Pets: Keep in separate room during shoot
- Close Toilet Lids: Always!
- Hide Personal Items: Family photos, prescriptions, bills, fridge magnets
- Replace Bulbs: No burnt-out lights
How long does the shoot take?
45-60 minutes for photography. Add 30-45 minutes if including 3D tour.
Should I be there?
Your choice! Just ensure we have access to all areas you want photographed.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, checks, and can invoice your brokerage directly.
What's the luxury bundle?
Starting at $500 for homes over $500K. Includes custom Matterport with room tags, 3D floor plan with lot layout, video, custom branded floor plans in YOUR colors with YOUR logo, virtual twilight, and ANSI Z765 measurements. Perfect for luxury listings!
